Warehouse Operative – Swindon

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a full-time temporary basis.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts

AM Shift

• Monday – Thursday: 06:00am – 01:30pm
• Friday: 06:00am – 12:40pm

PM Shift

• Monday – Thursday: 01:30pm – 09:30pm
• Friday: 12:40pm – 05:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods as required
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Carrying out stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets
• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Good communication skills
• A flexible and positive approach to work
