Warehouse Operative – Wellingborough

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Wellingborough.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with immediate starts available.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Picker Packer, General Operative or Order Picker

Rates of Pay:

• Days: £13.40 per hour
• Lates: £14.74 per hour
• Nights: £17.42 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Working 5 days out of 7
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00
• Immediate starts available

Day-to-Day Duties:

 Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Picking customer orders accurately
• Packing products ready for distribution
• Using warehouse equipment where authorised
• Working towards daily performance targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• LLOP and/or Reach Truck experience would be advantageous, enabling you to become operational quickly

Training:

• Training provided
• Site paid induction provided
