FLT VNA Driver

People Solutions are currently recruiting for FLT VNA and Bendi Drivers to join our client based in West Bromwich, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a VNA Operator, FLT Operator or FLT Driver Bendi Driver, Flexi Driver.

Shifts: 6.00am – 2.00pm & 2.00pm – 10.00pm – Rotating Weekly or Fixed Night Shift: 10.00pm – 6.00am (£10 shift allowance)

Pay rate: £13.69 per hour

Day to Day Duties:

As an FLT Driver your duties will include but not be limited to:

•  Driving/Operating a VNA or Bendi Truck safely and efficiently
•  Conducting inspections of the VNA truck and reporting any faults to management
•  Receiving Goods into the Warehouse
•  Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
•  Check the quantity and quality (visual) of the incoming and outgoing goods
•  Receive and unpack incoming goods
•  Organise stock for deliveries
•  Move goods around the Warehouse as an when required

Essential Skills:

As a FLT  Driver you will need the following:

•  A VNA or Bendi Licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited (internal)
•  Experience driving/operating a VNA or Bendi truck
•  Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
•  Good spatial awareness
•  Accuracy and attention to detail
•  Organisational skills
•  Reliability
•  Self-motivated
•  Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
•  Team Player

Desirable Experience

• Operating a VNA or Bendi Truck in a warehouse environment

Training

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
