FLT Reach Truck Driver – Leicester, Leicestershire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Leicester, Leicestershire.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an FLT Operator, FLT Driver or Forklift Truck Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• £16.31 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 10.00pm – 6.00am
• Night Shift

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as an FLT Reach Truck Driver are:

• Driving/operating a Reach Truck
• Receiving goods into the warehouse
• Stowing pallets
• Always adhering to Health and Safety
• Checking the quantity and quality (visual) of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and unpacking incoming goods
• Organising stock for deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse as and when required

Essential Skills:

To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:

• A valid Reach Truck licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
• Experience driving/operating a Reach Truck
• Effective communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Accuracy and diligence
• Organisational skills
• Reliability
• Self-motivated
• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Team player
• Experience working in a warehouse environment

Training:

• Training provided
• You will need to pass an assessment for this role
• Industry-related training
• Ongoing support throughout employment
