CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – NATIONWIDE TRAVEL
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join our well-established and rapidly expanding client based in Witney on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, including new build developments, refurbishments, and mixed-use schemes.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Senior Project Manager, Building Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
Rates of Pay:
- £40,000 basic salary
- £50,000 – £70,000 OTE through project completion bonus
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will work:
- Managing construction projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Developing project scopes, objectives, and delivery plans
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Managing project costs, programme changes, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Building strong working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Reporting project performance and progress to senior management
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant construction legislation and industry standards
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Construction Project Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience managing construction projects from cradle to grave
- Experience delivering commercial construction, refurbishment, or fit-out projects
- Knowledge of new build steel portal frame construction
- Strong budgeting, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com or similar
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Experience:
- Quantity Surveying experience
- RICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Experience working across mixed-use developments

- Ongoing support and development throughout your employment
