FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER – NIGHT SHIFT – CUMBERNAULD

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver – Cumbernauld to join our well-established client based in Cumbernauld.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £15.00 per hour, consistent full-time night shifts, an immediate start, ongoing work, overtime opportunities and a temp-to-perm opportunity.

This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, Counterbalance Forklift Driver, Forklift Driver, Counterbalance FLT Driver, Warehouse FLT Operative or Forklift Truck Operator.

Shifts

 • Tuesday to Saturday
 • 00:00 to 09:00
 • First shift starts at 23:59 on Monday night
 • Final shift finishes at 09:00 on Saturday morning
 • Full-time ongoing night shift work
 • Immediate start available

Rates of Pay

 • £15.00 per hour
 • Weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include:

 • Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
 • Loading and unloading vehicles
 • Moving and stacking goods within the warehouse
 • Preparing goods for storage and dispatch
 • Supporting general warehouse duties when required
 • Following all site and health and safety procedures
 • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised

Essential Skills

 • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
 • Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
 • Reliable and punctual
 • Safety-conscious approach to work
 • Comfortable working within a busy warehouse environment
 • Ability to work the full Tuesday to Saturday night shift pattern
 • Ability to reliably travel to Cumbernauld for a midnight start
