FLT Counterbalance Driver – Broxburn

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Broxburn. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive business on a ongoing basis.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an FLT Operator, FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Operative or Forklift Counterbalance Driver.

Shifts: Monday to Friday: 7.00am – 5.00pm

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a FLT Counterbalance Driver – your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  •  Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely
  •  Loading and unloading vehicles
  •  Picking and preparing customer orders
  •  Manual handling of products
  •  Supporting goods in and goods out operations
  •  Working between the warehouse and the outside yard
  

Essential Skills

To be successful as a FLT Counterbalance Driver – you will need:

  •  Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
  •  Comfortable with manual handling
  •  Good reliability and work ethic
  •  Ability to work effectively within a team
  •  Strong attention to detail

Training Provided

  •  Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
