Van Driver – Brentry
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Brentry, BS10.
Our client provides high-quality mobile units across the UK and is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Van Driver to become the face of their business, ensuring the fleet is safe, spotless, and ready for clients.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or 3.5 Tonne Driver.
Rates of Pay:
- £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:
As a Van Driver, you will work:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Start time: 07:30
- Enjoy your weekends off

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Van Driver are:
- Driving company vans safely to and from client premises
- Preparing, valeting, inspecting, and testing welfare vans
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks
- Tracking vehicle service intervals
- Maintaining high health and safety standards
- Assisting with tasks requested by management to support branch operations
- Jet washing and valeting vehicles
- Completing general housekeeping duties around the depot
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard for the next hire
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Van Driver, you will need:
- A friendly, polite, and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years
- Previous experience in a similar driving, delivery, or valeting role
- Strong journey planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A willingness to support colleagues and work as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
