PRODUCTION OPERATIVE / SEMI-SKILLED FABRICATOR – Bristol
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative / Semi-Skilled Fabricator to join our well-established client based in Bristol.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Semi-Skilled Fabricator, Factory Operative, Machine Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Fabrication Operative or Sheet Metal Operative.
Shifts
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
Rates of Pay
• £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Production Operative / Semi-Skilled Fabricator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient production
• Reading, understanding and following detailed work instructions
• Monitoring and inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
• Carrying out basic fabrication and production tasks as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Adhering to all company health and safety procedures
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Production Operative / Semi-Skilled Fabricator, you will need:
• The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving materials
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions accurately
• A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
• Previous experience within metal fabrication, sheet metal or fenestration manufacturing would be desirable
• Availability to start work as soon as possible
Training Provided
• Company policy and procedure training provided to successful candidates
